Strategic Iteration
For Early-Stage SaaS Founders
You’ve started building, talking to people, shaping something real. Some days it clicks, other days you rethink everything. You’ve probably rewritten your company presentation doc twice this week and honestly, you might rewrite it again.
That’s not a bad sign. That’s just what this stage feels like.
Advice is everywhere: nail your ICP, define your vision, be decisive. But the reality is messier. Positioning ideas shift. Customer definitions blur. At this point, you’re not trying to polish a perfect strategy. You’re trying to move, test, learn, and figure out where your real edge is.
Some days you’re on fire. Other days, you’re questioning everything.
This program is for those days.
You don’t need a perfect plan. You need clarity in motion. Space to think. Someone who can help you choose what to test, how to read the signals, and when to commit or let go.
You’re not supposed to have it all figured out. But you can get better at finding the answers that matter. And you don’t need to do that alone.
Does this sound familiar?
-
You’re constantly rewriting your positioning, offer, and user journey, because every day brings a new idea worth chasing.
-
You have big clarity moments, but they don’t last. By the end of the week, you’re second-guessing what felt solid just a few days ago.
-
You’re juggling founder intuition, advice from smart people, early feedback, and your own research and it’s hard to know which thread to pull.
-
You’re motivated, creative, ambitious and also occasionally stuck in loops of “what if this is the wrong angle?”
-
Most of all, you're tired of guessing. You want to build your product with confidence backed by real customer insight and reliable data. But you're not sure where to start.
What if you could...
-
Turn early feedback into insight you can act on, instead of spinning on conflicting inputs.
-
Test ideas quickly and cheaply and know how to interpret the results.
-
Have someone to push your thinking further, challenge you when you’re settling too fast, and help you commit when the time is right.
-
Make decisions with more confidence without needing to have all the answers out of the gate.
-
Invest in marketing activities that are aligned with your strategy and help propel your business forward in a disciplined and profitable direction.
Who this is for
-
Pre-revenue or early-revenue startups who are shaping their offer, finding their customer, and still asking the big questions.
-
Builders with limited resources and no/limited team, but lots of drive and momentum.
-
Founders who are testing, learning, iterating and want an external perspective to cut through the noise and move forward faster.
-
People who don’t want a playbook handed to them, but want smart, collaborative support to help them build their own playbook, live.
What you get
-
A 90-minute working session every other week, a space to brainstorm, ask questions, share updates, get feedback, and work through blockers.
-
Slack support between sessions for bouncing quick thoughts, sharing docs, or working through something async.
-
Strategic advice tailored to your situation, not generic theory.
-
Templates, guides, and examples I’ll bring in when they help: from positioning frameworks to early user interviews, and landing page audits to messaging maps.
-
A trusted sounding board who helps you sort through the noise and find your edge
What isn’t included
-
I don’t write your positioning and messaging for you. But I’ll help you build it, edit it, and stress-test it.
-
I don’t personally do the execution. I'll help you implement our ideas, but you’re still the builder. I’m here to sharpen the thinking behind what you build and make implementing ideas easier.
-
I have a lean process, which will be 100% tailored to your unique needs and challenges.

How We Work Together
-
We start with where you’re at. You bring the current state of things: idea, deck, notion doc, user research, whatever exists and we dive right in.
-
We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes. These aren’t fluffy chats. They’re focused working sessions to clarify, shape, and accelerate what matters.
-
You have unlimited async access to me. Between sessions, you can ping me on Slack for quick thoughts or share things you’re working on. I'll try to reply in real time or get back to you by the same or next day.
-
There’s no long-term commitment. Founders stay because it helps. You can pause or stop anytime with a 30 day notice.
Guarantee
You’ll know quickly if this is the right fit. If within the first month we realize it’s not, I’ll suggest ending the engagement immediately. No 30-day notice, no hard feelings. I want this to work as much as you do, and that starts with alignment.
Wins
Proven Results. Real Impact.
Ready to stop figuring it all out alone?
Let's discuss your specific challenges and see if we're a good fit to work together. No pressure, just a conversation about where you are and how I might help.
